Mopar P/N black plastic bushing that holds the spring tension when releasing the emergency brake rod handle, serviced while rod is off of the unit. As you can see in pic why original black 1970 bushings are usually worn out since they Wren't as thick as the improved1971 pieces. View my other Mopar offers.

The last nos piece around, otherwise been ns1 obsolete for some time. View pics for rest of. 14 day return accepted on this ad. These clear bushings can be installed without removing the rod arm, simply, slice the bushing, then, slip it onto the rod behind spring in place of the worn out missing original black one.

When this last one sells can still buy I have a few nos 1970 factory service clear bushings P/N at in a separate ad here. The color is not correct, these new clear bushings will keep the rod handle tight when releasing handle for barracuda and Challenger and b body. Here is a hard to find nos small part when taking apart restoring the emergency brake mechanism in your 1971 b e body.
