Ford Clutch Brake Pedal Assembly: 1987 - 1991 F150, F250, F350, Bronco: REFURBISHED. This assembly has the larger yellow spring installed. The yellow spring was used on big block and diesel trucks.

Not excessively worn. Pedals blasted and painted. Optional larger yellow spring available on request. The bell crank shaft will quickly destroy the aluminum frame when rubbing directly on it.

Watch out for cheaper assemblies that are not properly inspected. The black spring was used on 6 Cl, and small block trucks. No cracks in aluminum frame. Pivot holes in aluminum frame are excellent condition.

This is a common issue that can only be found by disassembly and inspection. Connecting rod pivots are in excellent condition. Pivot rod lubricated. Brand NEW rubber pedal pads installed.

Aluminum frame blasted. Completely disassembled, inspected and cleaned. Brand NEW plastic bushings installed.

Pedals move easily and freely. Brand NEW rubber bumpers for clutch pedal end stops. Its quite common for the plastic bushings to wear through.
