This has the two upper studs which go through the firewall, and is correct for 426 Hemi application with offset power brake booster as well as cars with manual brakes. Can also be used on non 426 Hemi cars which have power brakes by removing the pressed in upper studs.
Also includes under hood wire routing brackets, four way flasher clip on socket under dash, steering column mounting studs, stainless pedal trim, pedal to master cylinder rod bolt nut, and correct e body brake switch bracket.
