Your vintage pony's brake pedal can wear out over the years and chances are its time to replace original assembly support bracket. This part comes with the pedal already installed in support a pad and chrome bezel. It also includes a wiring harness support hook as well flasher bracket. As FYI, I never replaced my actual pedals the wear on them was minimal.
I found this bracket and some other Mustang parts i've been listing on that while cleaning out my garage. I replaced my pedal bracket several times on 68 cs 4 speed and bought this as a spare which never used after sold the car original oem Ford brake clutch support for manual or automatic transmission: Mustangs Cougars with brakes. If you are in the market for an original oem Ford pedal support bracket your classic Mustang or Cougar with manual automatic transmission, this is it. On manual transition cars the left bearing wear excessively due to added torque from clutch pedal and cut into sheet metal.
I think, but am not 100 sure that this will also work with power brakes. As shown the original bearings are intact and in excellent condition.
