It is part this a brand new Toyota foot rest for 1993 through 1998 Supra. One image shows the circular top of plastic screw. The new foot rests come preinstalled with two dead pedal screws. It is in the sealed, original Toyota packaging.

They never come up for sale and this is my last one. This is for the left hand drive automatic or 6-speed Supra.
