This item is a used original Ford part not an aftermarket part. The lower retainer ring for the rubber cover is included but is broken in one place not pictured.

Front cable and rubber cover are included. Sold as pictured.

This is a used part, may have minor scratches, blemishes and show signs of normal wear.
