The part is being sold as is no warranty. This part is straight and not wore at the hinge points at all, and has no slop in it at all.

I'm including the correct hinge bolt and nut, and original rubber foot pad that was always with it from new. I owned and drove the car for 17 years and know that it operated perfectly. The vehicle was never involved in an accident or had any damage done to it.

Just install in your vehicle and use. This part was the same on 1978 thru 1980 Cutlass 2 doors. One used original brake pedal assembly taken from a 1978 Oldsmobile Cutlass 2 door coupe.
